Welcome desks will be placed at the airports to be a one-stop information counter for international delegates arriving in Tokyo.

Tokyo City Tours (Half-day Sightseeing Tour)
Free bus tours with an English-speaking guide will take you to the most popular sightseeing areas in Tokyo. Each tour begins and ends at The National Olympics Memorial Youth Center.

Please gather at the “TOKYO CITY INFORMATION DESK,” located near the registration area in room 405 at The National Olympics Memorial, 15 minutes before the tour begins.

River cruise & Hama-rikyu Gardens
This half-hour boat cruise down the Sumida River travels under some 14 bridges, showing the capital’s famous landmarks along the way. The cruise will arrive at the majestic Hama-rikyu Gardens, located along the Tokyo Waterfront. Visitors can enjoy a walk in the beautifully preserved garden that the family of the ruling Tokugawa Shogun owned from the 17th to the mid-19th century, where they used to go hunting with falcons.Tokyo night tour

Visit one of Tokyo’s must-see destinations, the world’s tallest free-standing broadcasting tower. You can also enjoy the 300-odd shops and restaurants at the foot of the tower, collectively known as Tokyo Solamachi. This area strives to embrace new trends while preserving the atmosphere of old Tokyo.

Only overseas delegates and accompanying persons can join these tours.
Please note that re-issue of the ticket is not possible. Participation will not be possible if the ticket is lost or the ticket-stub is detached.
Participants of the complimentary tours above may be photographed/filmed by an authorized photographer/cameraman for the purpose of our records and future promotion of Tokyo.
